Ingredients

Half a pound of pork or beef sliced ??thinly (hehe, I haven’t weighed it yet, so I’m guessing)

1 tsp minced ginger

2 tbsp bean paste

Cut the cabbage into large pieces and the stems into thin slices.

Cut green onion into sections
6.
Dried chili pepper
5-10 pieces (see As spicy as you want)

1 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorns

2-3 cloves of garlic, diced .
9.
1 tablespoon of starch
10.
1 tablespoon of cooking wine
11.
A little bit of pepper noodles (either white or black)

Method
1.
Mix the meat slices with pepper noodles, cooking wine, starch and minced ginger. Marinate for a few minutes. It doesn't matter if you don't pickle it, the bean paste is full of flavor anyway. Be careful not to add salt, because the bean paste is very salty.

Heat 50% of the oil, add dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, and fry until brown.

Put in the garlic and turn it over twice.

When the meat slices are almost cooked, add the bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put in the cabbage and fry until raw.
6.
Add the green onions and remove from the pot.
