Soak the liver of monkfish in yellow wine for 20 minutes
Boil water in a large pot and add green onion and ginger.
Add the monkfish liver and boil for 30 seconds!
Strain and rinse! Into a plate, add a green onion knot! Boil water in a large pot, add the fish liver and steam for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat! Simmer for 2 minutes. It's done!
Remove and cut into pieces! Plate!

Tips
