How do bad edamame keep green?
There are six steps.

1. Cut off the two sharp corners of the pod with scissors and wash it. Put a large pot of water, add pepper, star anise and cinnamon to boil. You can also add a little salt and oil to boil.

2. Boil the water and pour it into the pod.

3. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda and bring it to a boil. Open the lid and bring it to a low heat until you like its hardness.

4. Take it out and shower it with cold water, and rinse it with cold boiled water 1~2 times.

5. Put the bathed hairy pods into a container and pour in half a bottle of balsam.

6. Add the hairy pods into cold boiled water, cover them with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.
