How to make steamed pork belly with taro
Method 1
Ingredients
Taro, pork belly, minced garlic, minced ginger
Seasoning
Light soy sauce, cornstarch, vegetable oil, 2 spoons of sugar
Preparation
Wash the pork belly and wipe off the water, add light soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar Stir well, add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and sauté the minced ginger, garlic and pork belly until fragrant. Add the taro and mix thoroughly. Leave it for about 15 minutes. After boiling the water, steam over high heat for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients
300g pork belly, 400g taro, 2 cloves garlic
Seasoning

Method
1. Wash the pork belly, mix in seasoning 1 and marinate for 10 minutes, then fry in hot oil until it turns color and take it out.
2. Peel the taro, cut into small pieces, fry in hot oil and remove.
3. Sauté the garlic cloves with 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the short ribs, add 2 seasonings and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Put the taro into the pot and cook for about 20 minutes. When it is soft and the soup is slightly dry, it is ready to be served.
