Fat-reducing meal: salmon, avocado, caviar tartar
Ingredients: lemon, chopped onion, avocado, mango, caviar, salmon.
Preparation method:
1. Cut the salmon into small cubes and add in Japanese soy sauce and a little wasabi.
2. Add a little minced onion, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper and sea salt to the diced avocado and mix well.
3. Put diced mango and avocado into the mold.
4. Add salmon.
5. Add caviar.
