Level 6 is a diagnosis of thyroid cancer.

The 4a classification of thyroid nodules indicates that they are suspected of being malignant. 4a means there is a malignant sign, and the probability of malignancy is greater than 5%. For such patients, it is generally recommended to continue with thyroid fine-needle aspiration followed by biopsy to better understand the pathological classification of the nodules. If the patient does not want to undergo this kind of physically invasive examination, close observation and follow-up can be done in the later period, and then the corresponding review can be conducted after an interval of one to two months.
