Exercise 1:
1. Mix the dough with cold water, knead it into smooth dough, and cover it with plastic wrap for 30 minutes;
2. Take out the dough, knead it evenly again, and roll it into a large plane with uniform thickness;
3. Cut the dough pieces vertically with a knife directly on the rolling pin, divide them in two, then cut them vertically in the middle of the cut dough pieces, then stack them together, and finally cut them horizontally into their favorite shapes;
Exercise 2:

3. Fold the dough like noodles, then cut it into pieces of uniform width, unfold each piece in turn, stack it neatly, and then cut it into your favorite shape.
