Wash and drain the marine fish, and cut the onion, ginger and garlic into sections for later use.

Heat the casserole with oil, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put the fish in ginger, garlic and onion and heat it over medium heat for one minute.

Open the pot cover and add appropriate amount of soy sauce pepper powder and onion leaves to the fish.

Cover with medium heat 1 min and bake for 5 minutes.

Don't open the lid immediately after the flameout, let the fish heat in the hot pot for a few more minutes.
