Ingredients
40 grams of corn flour, 10 grams of flour, 3 eggs, 3 green onions, appropriate amount of salt, a little pepper
Method
1. Mix flour and cornmeal, add eggs and chopped green onion.
2. Add salt and pepper, stir gently to coat evenly.
3. Heat oil in a pan, pour in batter and spread into pancakes.
