The production process of Qianye Tofu:

1. Use a high-speed chopping machine to chop soy protein isolate, starch and ice water until uniform, then add vegetable oil and continue to chop while adding salt and other seasonings. Evenly;
2. Shaping: Pour the prepared slurry into the tray to shape;
3. Cooking: Make the center temperature of the product greater than 75°C;
4. Cooling: Cut into pieces after reaching normal temperature, freeze through quick freezing chain and then package.
