1. Lotus seeds are soaked for several hours in advance.
2. Wash millet and rice and soak for ten minutes.
3. Add water to the pot to boil, and pour in rice, millet and lotus seeds.
4. After boiling, turn off the fire for 20 minutes, and stir slowly with a spoon several times in the middle. Then serve the tray, keep warm, and add some medlar and rock sugar.
