Tools/materials: pork belly, salt, stainless steel basin.
1. Prepare black pork and a stainless steel basin.
2. Sprinkle a layer of fine salt evenly on the black pork.
3. Then knead it repeatedly to make the salt contact every corner of the black pork more fully.
4. After kneading, sprinkle a layer of fine salt on the surface of the meat, then compact it and marinate it in a cool place for about 7- 10 days.
5. 10 days later, the meat was almost cured and the color was dark red.
6. Tie the meat with a strong rope and hang it in the sun to dry until the oil comes out. It will take almost three days.
