Qianpai Sanhua plum is located at 22168 ′ 2 ″ ~ 22 309 ′ 7 ″ north latitude and 0/1957 ′ 9 ″ ~1203 east longitude. Qianpai Town has high mountains and dense forests, with an average elevation of more than 500 meters and an annual average temperature of 18℃. The topography of Qianpai Town is low mountainous area and Zhongshan area, with large temperature difference between day and night. It has the climatic characteristics of warm spring late, early autumn cold and long frost. Sanhuamei is planted in xinyi city 19 and 1 1 towns, but the former brand Sanhuamei is far better than those produced in other towns because of its large fruit, excellent color, crisp and refreshing meat and delicious taste.
Qianpai Sanhua Plum belongs to Rosaceae, one of the genus Prunus in China, with deciduous wood, simple leaves and glands at the leaf base. Small, early. Calyx tube (receptacle) is cup-shaped, ovary is superior, and pistil is composed of 1 carpel. Drupe, Qianpai Sanhua Plum was first planted in Sanhua, wengyuan county, Guangdong Province, and named Sanhua Plum. Qianpai Sanhua Plum is optimized by grafting Sanhua Plum in Qianpai, and its fruit shape, color and taste are superior to other Sanhua Plums, hence the name Qianpai Sanhua Plum. Qianpai Sanhua plum pulp is rich in nutrition, deep red in color, fragrant in smell, crisp and refreshing in meat and sweet in fruit. The mature period is from late May to mid-June, and it is known as the "King of Lingnan Xia Guo". Qianpai Sanhua plum has two varieties: early maturity and late maturity. Early-maturing skin is bluish yellow, late-maturing appearance is ruddy and bright, and the flesh is purplish red.
At present, Qianpai Town has planted more than 80,000 mu of Sanhua plum, which is rich in mountain resources and has a unique alpine climate. It is the production base of Sanhua plum with the largest planting area, the highest yield, the best quality and the best benefit in the province, and has several national, provincial and municipal standardized production bases. The quality of Qianpai Sanhuamei is known as "the king of plum".
