There are all kinds of fresh fruits with more zinc in fruits, such as persimmons, which have higher zinc content. Generally speaking, leafy vegetables and fruits contain little zinc, and the zinc content in each gram is generally less than 2 micrograms. Animal foods are reliable sources of zinc, such as pigs, cattle and mutton, which contain 20 ~ 60 micrograms of zinc per gram. Beans and wheat contain zinc15 ~ 50 micrograms per gram.
