Ingredients: one sparerib, three cloves of garlic, one piece of ginger, lobster sauce 10g, a little cooking oil, two teaspoons of corn starch, half a teaspoon of salt and a little soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Cut the ribs into small pieces and wash them.
2. Add raw flour, salt and oil, mix well and marinate for more than fifteen minutes.
3. Peel the garlic, add a small piece of ginger and cut into minced garlic.
4. Sprinkle evenly on the surface of ribs.
5. Sprinkle with cardamom. If it is dry, it can be chopped.
6. When the water in the pot is boiled, it can be steamed.
7. Steam 13 minutes or so, and pour some soy sauce on it.
