Operation steps:
1. The stick bone was cracked in the middle and split into two.
2. Cut fresh corn into small sections.
3. Cut the carrots into thin and even slices.
4. Remove the pits from the red dates and set aside.
5. Boil water in a pot, pour in cooking wine, blanch the stick bones in water and take them out.
6. Take a stew pot, add the blanched cob bones, corn segments, carrot slices, and red dates, add water to cover the ingredients, and bring to a boil over high heat.
