Collichthys lucidus (scientific name: Collichthys lucidus) is a species of fish of the family Staphylinidae. The caudal peduncle is slender and the frontal area is elevated and uneven. Body color is grayish yellow dorsally and golden yellow ventrally. The edge of the dorsal fin and the end of the caudal fin are black. Body length is generally 9-14 centimeters, weight 16-50 grams. It is distributed in the coastal waters of China and is an offshore small fish. It is mainly distributed in the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea, with the East China Sea producing the most. Every year, April to June and September to October for the peak fishing season.
