Methods/Steps
1. Put oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped green onion.
2. Stir fry the cabbage until it softens.
3. Add salt and five-spice powder and mix well.
4. Add the soaked flour and simmer the vermicelli over low heat.
5. Add tomatoes and stir fry for two more minutes.
6. Boil boiling water in another pot and pour in the stir-fried vegetables. My frying pan is a bit small, too much water to stir the batter. Add water to a large frying pan and you're good to go).
7. Stir a bowl of thin batter, stirring as you pour. Stir well and bring to a boil.
8. Add spinach.
9. Add beaten eggs and bring to boil.
10.Salty soup comes out of the pan.
