Ingredients: 3 kg of snail, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of ginger, 1 star anise, 4 dried peppers, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, a little salt, a little sugar (sweet), 8 small peppers, 6 onions, 8 mint, a little onion, 7 small peppers and a bowl of rice wine.
1. Boil the washed snail with water, add some ginger to remove fishy smell, and take it out for later use.
2. Heat the oil pan, and put the onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, fresh pepper, star anise and pepper into the pan. Stir-fry the fragrance and spicy taste.
3. Stir-fry the watered snail, and add soy sauce, salt, sugar and oil consumption while stirring.
4. After frying, pour in a bowl of yellow wine and appropriate amount of water to continue frying, and simmer with medium heat after boiling.
5. When the water is low, add the mint section, then stir fry, and finally sprinkle the onion section to collect the pot.
