Two, for food business license materials

1. Application for food business license;

Three, food business license acceptance review time limit

The licensing authority shall make a decision on whether to approve the administrative license within 20 working days from the date of acceptance. If it decides to grant the business license, it shall issue the food business license to the applicant within 10 working days from the date of making the decision.

Application procedure for food business license

1. Fill in the Application Form for Food Business License, and submit relevant materials after consulting in the lobby or applying online;

Four, for food business license matters needing attention

1. The applicant shall apply to the licensing authority with licensing jurisdiction for a food business license.

2. To apply for a food business license, you should first obtain a business license and other legal qualification certificates.

5. For the food distribution operators who obtained the Food Hygiene Permit before June/Kloc-0, 2009, the original license will remain valid within the validity period, and if the matters specified in the original license change voluntarily or the validity period expires, the food distribution operators shall apply in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Food Distribution Licenses, and obtain the Food Distribution Permit after examination by the examination and approval authorities.
