Yellowtail is a deep sea fish.

The yellowtail is divided into large yellowtail, small yellowtail. Mainly distributed in the southern Yellow Sea, the East China Sea and the South China Sea, the west coast of Korea. Big yellowtail usually inhabits the deeper sea area, April to June to the offshore migration, spawning, fall and winter season and migrate to the deep sea area; small yellowtail spring migration to the coast, between March and June after spawning, dispersed in the offshore bait solicitation, the end of the fall to return to the deep sea, the winter winter in the deep sea overwintering.

Deep-sea fish live in the deep-sea area below 100 meters, so its fishing method can only be pelagic deep-sea trawling or hooking off the fishing, and then catching on board the ship, in time for quick-freezing. And because its main components are proteins and polyunsaturated fatty acids, it will not lead to nutrient loss under the preservation state of minus 18 degrees Celsius.
