1. Wash radish and drain.
2. Cut off both ends of the radish and smash it with the back of a knife.
3. Add three teaspoons of salt, mix well and marinate for more than 4 hours.
4. Pour off the pickled radish water, wash the pickled radish twice with pure water or boiled water, and drain the water.
5. Add three teaspoons of sugar and a little chicken essence.
6. Add a little soy sauce and a teaspoon of vinegar.
7. Finally, pour in a little sesame oil and mix well.
