Wash the materials for later use.

Add water to the pot, then add beef, ginger slices and onion, and blanch with carved wine.

Rinse the blanched beef with water.

Boil on a fire
Turn off the fire for 2 hours (pay attention to the water level and adjust the boiling time yourself)

Matters needing attention
1. Add yellow wine (or sake) to beef, and blanch ginger slices and shallots to remove the odor.
