Roasted Cauliflower with Black Pepper Step by Step
1. Wash and cut cauliflower florets, put them on a baking tray, pour olive oil over them (a little bit more than what you would use for stir-frying), sprinkle them with salt and black pepper (the same as what you would use for stir-frying), and toss them well. Toss well. Spread flat in the baking dish, only one layer, do not pile up.
2. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Bake until it looks like it does in the picture, with a little bit of browning.
If you add some boiled fungus to the roasted cauliflower, it will be more beautiful.
