Prepare ingredients: prawns, Chinese cabbage, chopped green onion and dried peppers.
Exercise:
1. Cut the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, and separate the shrimp head from the shrimp body.
2. Chinese cabbage is torn by hand or cut into small pieces.
3. Put oil in the pan, stir-fry the shrimp head and stir-fry the shrimp oil.
4. Add shrimps, stir-fry and change color, and then add chopped green onion.
5. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce, stir-fry until the cabbage comes out, add dried peppers (according to your own taste), turn to low heat, cover the pot and stew for two minutes.
