Fat people are not necessarily easy to be hungry, but they are prone to false hunger.
I really have a friend who is a very fat girl, and when she was the fattest, she could reach 140 pounds, and she is not tall. She doesn't get hungry as easily as I do. I get a little lightheaded and dizzy before I eat, but she doesn't have a problem until she eats. Because she eats a lot of food, for example, at lunchtime, I can only eat about half of what she eats. So it's not that she's easily hungry, it's that she's easily craving, or fake hunger.
This appetite control, this definitely depends on the willpower of the individual.
I've tried taking medication to control my appetite before, but it's not a permanent solution because I'm back to my old ways after I stop taking it. I also want to advise you guys who are trying to control your appetite through drugs to find another way.
Whenever you eat, think about why you want to lose weight and I think that reason will give you motivation to control your appetite. Or you can keep yourself so busy that you don't have time to eat, which will also control your appetite.
