When steaming hairy crabs, wash the crabs first, and pay attention to putting the crab cover down on the plate to avoid waste caused by crab roe flowing out. It can be steamed in about 15 minutes after the steamer is aerated.
Selection skills:
There are thin lines on the white shell of the crab's belly. The deeper it is, the fatter it looks. If the belly lines of crabs are very light, it proves that such crabs are still tender crabs, and there will be very little crab yellow meat in them compared with mature crabs.
There are two kinds of crabs: male crabs and female crabs. The belly shape of male crabs is pointed and the belly shape of female crabs is triangular. No matter the darker the belly of male and female, the more meat there is. Don't buy crabs with white bellies.
It is relatively simple to store the purchased hairy crabs that can be eaten in about three days: select the hairy crabs with strong vitality, tie their feet to reduce their physical consumption, then put them in the freezer of the refrigerator, keep the temperature at 5 degrees-10 degrees, and cover them with wet towels to store them.
