Practice:
1, 60g of black sesame seeds are crushed by a cooking machine, and then 30g of black sesame paste, 25g of sugar, 35g of coconut oil (lard or butter is acceptable) and 25g of water are added, and stirred evenly and frozen 10 minute. (90g black sesame seeds and 45g oil can be used without black sesame paste.)
2, frozen 10 minutes of stuffing is very good to ball, 10g can be made 15. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for another half an hour.
3. Add 150g hot water to 200g glutinous rice flour and knead it into smooth dough. Divide into 20g small doses and knead into dough.
4. Bao Tangyuan. Put some water on your hand, press a hole in the middle of the dough, put black sesame stuffing, hold the stuffing down with your right thumb and close your mouth with your left hand. After wrapping it, press it hard a few times and then round it.
5, the water is boiled in the pot, and the spoon is full of stirring. You can also add a spoonful of wine when cooked.
