Practice steps
Ingredients: pork belly 300g
Practice: Cut the pork belly into small pieces, put it in a pot, add onion and cooking wine and blanch it.
Blanched pork belly, add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, rock sugar and onion.
1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, add mushrooms and half a bowl of water soaked with mushrooms.
Press the cooking button and cook until soft and waxy.
