Dried mushrooms are often soaked one night in advance and used directly the next day. Even if dried mushrooms are soaked for 2 days, there will be no sticky deterioration. The foaming time of common dried mushrooms is about 6 to 10 hour.
If time is tight, you can use the following methods to soak dried mushrooms:
1, choose a suitable sealed box, put the washed mushrooms in the box, add a proper amount of warm water, and then add two spoonfuls of sugar. The temperature of warm water should be controlled at about 30 degrees, which can quickly soak mushrooms and retain their delicate flavor.
2. Cover the lid and shake it vigorously for about 2 minutes, then soak it for about 2 hours. When you open the lid, you will find that the mushrooms have expanded and the water content is relatively high.
If the dried mushrooms are a little moldy, but there is no deterioration inside, you can expose the moldy dried mushrooms to the sun.
It is edible to remove mildew spots after exposure, but it is not recommended to eat when mildew is serious.
