Exercise:
1. Slice cucumber and tomato for later use.
2. Take three eggs and break them clockwise with chopsticks.
3. Add oil to the pot, pour the oil into the egg until the edge bubbles, and then fry until both sides are golden.
4. Add half a pot of water to the bowl just filled with egg liquid, and add three slices of ginger.
5. Boil the water, pour in tomatoes and cucumber slices, and season with salt and chicken essence.
