1. Steps to prepare: choose the right amount of Bigelow Spring tea leaves, boil water, prepare tea utensils (white porcelain teacups, covered bowls, tea plates, tea towels, tea funnels, tea needles).

2. Tea washing: Put the right amount of tea leaves in the white porcelain teacups, add hot water to steep, and gently stir with a teaspoon to make all the tea leaves wet. Leave it for about 30 seconds and then pour off the tea (this step removes impurities from the tea leaves).

3. The first infusion: Fill the cup with water of about 70℃, pour the water along the wall of the cup so as not to scald the tea leaves, inject a small amount of water first, and then slowly add more water after the tea leaves have absorbed the water, and the steeping time is about 20-30 seconds.

4. Filtering: Use the tea funnel to pour out the tea broth and filter out the tea leaves.

5. Second steeping: Infuse the tea again with water at about 70℃, and steep for a slightly longer time than the first steeping, about 30-40 seconds.

6. Sequential steeping: According to personal taste preferences, you can follow the above method to repeatedly steep the tea, each time the steeping time increased by 5-10 seconds, until the tea is tasteless.

7. Finish: After brewing the tea, pour out the residual tea broth from the teacup, wipe it clean with a tea towel, pour the tea leaves into the tea tray, and clean up the tea set with a tea needle.

Note:

1. When brewing tea, the steeping time should be controlled according to the temperature of the water, too hot water temperature will affect the taste of the tea, too cool water temperature is difficult to extract the flavor of the tea.

2. Be careful when filtering the tea broth to avoid burning your fingers.

3. If the brewed tea happens to taste bad or bitter, you can adjust the taste by repeating the tea with water and increasing the steeping time.
