7. Cover the pot, stew for 2-3 minutes on low heat to make the tofu more tasty, then pour in the chopped green and red peppers and stir well.
8. Pour a thin layer of starch into the pot, stir-fry evenly, take out the pot when the soup is thick, and add a little chicken essence to stir-fry.
