Boil a pot of water
After boiling, pour in fern root powder.
When the fern root powder becomes soft, cover the pot and turn off the heat. Stew with the remaining temperature until there is no hard core.
After cold water, soak in clear water. Please finish it in an hour.
Prepare seasoning, pour in 3 spoonfuls of soy sauce and saccharify the salt.
Add Chili sauce and spicy oil.
Remove the fern root powder, drain the excess water, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion and pepper, and pour three spoonfuls of Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar.
