1 tender hen (about 1kg), 150g of salt, 1 tablespoon of sand ginger powder, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
Practice
1. After the tender hen is slaughtered, wipe the chicken body dry, and chop off the claws. Apply refined salt evenly to the chicken body and inside the belly, wrap the whole chicken in plastic wrap, place in the refrigerator and marinate for 10 hours.
2. Rinse the marinated chicken with water and wipe the chicken dry. Then put it into a pot to steam for about 12-16 minutes or so.
3. After the chicken is steamed, apply sesame oil on the chicken to keep the skin moist.
4. Chop the chicken into pieces and arrange them on a plate, it is better to eat them with jiaojiang salt sauce.
5. Jiao Salt Sauce: Pour boiling oil onto a plate of Jiao Salt Powder and it will be ready.
