In addition to mudskippers, there is a tropical fish with better climbing skills in Shantou City, Guangdong Province. Its name is perch. As the name suggests, it can use the spines of hard gluteal fins and pectoral fins to crawl along the roots with its body swinging from side to side and enjoy the scenery of land and water. Not to mention, when the climate is dry, it can climb from one water area to another far away, and it can also board the land to feed. When it dries up in the pool, it can climb into the mud for several months without dying, and then climb out to live when the rainy season comes. The reason why this fish can move and live on land depends entirely on the small chamber (auxiliary respirator) attached to its gills, and the capillaries covered here directly absorb oxygen in the air to save themselves. Unfortunately, when the perch climbed the tree, the local residents were opening their fishing nets and shaking the tree. The perch on the tree still couldn't figure out what was going on, so they fell down one by one, were arrested and became prisoners of the people.
Perch climbing is also a carnivorous fish, which often jumps out of the water to devour flying insects. They are fierce and aggressive, and sometimes they fight fiercely with each other for a small flying insect.
