Tips
* When making soup, add chili powder, cumin, and sesame seeds to make it more flavorful and prevent the pot from drying out or burning the pot immediately. Put these in later. If the mutton is not good, it will become old.
*Many people like to eat onions. This version of mine does not add onions because of the added sugar. Onions are a bit sweet, so you can choose one of the two. ?*If you add onions, you don’t need to add garlic slices. The onion version and the garlic version will present two different flavors of cumin mutton. I personally prefer the garlic version. I like dry cumin mutton. The onion version will Wet. *When are the onions added? If there is a large amount of onion, consider adding it before stir-frying the mutton, and add the mutton after stir-frying. If the amount of onion is small, add it together with the coriander in the last step.
