Pork Ribs
500g, BBQ Sauce 100ml, 1 teaspoon (5ml) light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon (5ml) light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon (5g) crushed garlic
1 teaspoon (5g), 1/2 teaspoon (3g) black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (3g) paprika, 2 tablespoons (30ml) of honey
How to Make
1: Place the pork rib segments in a large bowl, add the barbecue sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, crushed garlic, black pepper, chili powder and honey, and mix well to marinate for about 1 hour.
2. Place marinated pork ribs on tin foil separately and wrap pork ribs in foil.
3: Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet and transfer to a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for 15 minutes.
4: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and use scissors to carefully cut the tin foil away from the center of the pork ribs; the ribs will release a little water, so you can spread the remaining marinade over the ribs.
5. Finally, put the baking dish into the oven again and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
