Wash the lamb chop, cut the onion, ginger and garlic into sections, and prepare the seasoning before making. Blanched lamb chops are wrapped with starch, fried in hot oil until cooked, and taken out to control oil for later use. Heat hot oil in another pot, add dried Chili, and stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic together. Add peanut Chili sauce and lamb chops, stir-fry over high heat, sprinkle a handful of cumin powder, continue to stir-fry, sprinkle salt and white sesame seeds and stir-fry. Add some coriander segments and stir-fry for a few times.
