No cola version of chicken wings
Ingredients
Ten chicken wings
Onion, ginger, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, salt to taste
Method
1. Wash the chicken wings, cut both sides with a flower knife and set aside.
2. Cut onions and ginger and set aside.
3. Boil the chicken wings in the pot, remove and drain, and set aside.
4. Pour a little oil into the pot, stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant, and add the chicken wings.
5. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and rock sugar and stir-fry. Note: A little dark soy sauce and more rock sugar can be added according to personal taste.
6. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer.
7. When the soup becomes thicker, add a little salt. (Be sure to add less salt, the next dish is mainly sweet and fresh)
8. Leave a little soup, take it out of the pot and plate it!
