Phase 1 (2 days)

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs Lunch: Corn 1 dinner: 1 apple or 2 tomatoes for two days, weight loss of about 3-4 pounds

Phase 2 (3 days) breakfast: 1 cup of milk + 1 boiled egg Lunch: corn 1 or 1 sweet potato Dinner: 1 banana or 2 tomatoes Weight loss of about 7-8 pounds in 5 days

Phase 3 (5 days) Breakfast: 1 cup of soy milk + 1 hard-boiled egg for lunch : Unlimited vegetable dinner: 1 bottle of milk, weight loss of about 9-10 pounds in 10 days

Remember? Don’t overeat and resume eating after light fasting. The most important thing is to eat lightly, low in carbohydrates, low in fat and high in protein. High in dietary fiber. Each meal should be 70 to 80% full, and slowly increase your daily intake. Drink enough water every day to speed up metabolism
