Bazhen Decoction "Essentials of Proper Body Type" (tonic formulae: Buqi)
[Composition] Radix Angelicae Sinensis (mixed with wine) 10g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 5g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 8g, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (mixed with wine) 15g, Ginseng 3g, Atractylodis Rhizoma (fried) 10g, Poria 8g and Radix Glycyrrhizae 5g.
[Usage] Take two cups of clear water, add three slices of ginger and two pieces of jujube, fry until eight points, and take it before eating.
[Function] tonify qi and blood.
Indications: Deficiency of both qi and blood.
Pale or sallow complexion, dizziness, fatigue of limbs, shortness of breath, laziness in speaking, palpitation, anorexia, pale tongue, thin and white fur, and thready and weak pulse.

[Usage] It is coarse powder, 6 grams each time. One cup of water and three slices of ginger. Two jujubes, fried together to seven points, warm at any time.
