Chinese name: egg honey juice
Information: 240 ml of milk, an egg, sugar 1 tbsp, almond extract 1/4 teaspoon, vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon, foamy cream moderate, freshly ground cardamom powder
Method: beat the egg, and iced milk, sugar, almond extract and vanilla extract together in a Shaker cup. Shake well and pour into a cooled coffee cup. Finish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cardamom powder
Method 2: Prepare the ingredients: 1 egg yolk, 30 ml of passion fruit sherbet, 35 ml of honey, half a fresh lemon, 150 ml of cooled water, and ice cubes
Start to make:
1 Take a juicer to make the fresh lemon juice and pour it into a communal glass and set aside.
2 Take the shaker and add the passion fruit coulis and honey in order.
3 Add 15 ml of fresh lemon juice.
4 Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
5 Add the egg yolks to a wine shaker and shake well until the outside is frosted (40 to 60 shakes).
6 Place ice cubes in the glass.
7 Open the top of the shaker and pour the liquid into the glass until it is about eight full.
8 Finish by placing a garnish on the carafe.
