Main ingredients
100g beef, 1 and a half yams
Accessories
1 spoon of salt, 1/2 spoon of chicken essence
Appropriate amount of white pepper and cooking wine
Starch/sweet potato powder and 1 onion
How to make yam and beef porridge
1. Cut the beef into thin slices and use cooking wine, starch (or Sweet potato powder), salt (a little is enough), and chicken essence marinate for half an hour. Dice the yam and put it in water for later use. Wash the rice three times and soak it in water for an hour (half an hour is OK). Use round rice for porridge.
2. Boil water and add rice. When the water boils, add yam. (Remember to stir in the same direction during the process, because you are using a casserole, so as to prevent sticking to the pan. Change to medium heat, add beef, one piece at a time, stir constantly during the process, add salt, chicken essence, and white pepper. After a while, change to low heat. . Turn off the heat and eat after it becomes sticky. My photography skills are terrible, but it tastes really good!
