Exercise:
1. Remove the old stems and upper flower buds from garlic shoots, wash them, put them in an altar and pickle them with salt 1 day.
2. Take it out the next day, cut it into 3-4 cm long sections, soak it in clean water for 2-3 hours, and change the water for 2-3 times to reduce the salty and spicy taste.
3. Take out the garlic seedlings, drain the water and put them in a cloth bag.
4. Put the sweet noodle sauce into the jar, put the cloth bag with garlic sprouts into the sweet noodle sauce, stir it twice a day, and eat it after 15 days.
Third, sweet and sour garlic seedlings
Ingredients: 5 kg garlic moss, 500 g sugar, 750 g vinegar and a little salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash the garlic sprout, cut it into 3cm long pieces, blanch it in boiling water to remove the spicy taste, remove it and let it cool.
