Tofu stir fry leek practice

I. Pre-condition the ingredients. Peel the tofu into large blocks, set aside on a sieve and let stand for 20 minutes to drain. Cut pork into 3cm lengths. Cut leeks into 4cm lengths.

2. Stir-fry the tofu over medium heat and remove from the pan. Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and stir-fry the tofu. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.

Three: Stir-fry the pork. Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a skillet. Add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat.

Four: Add leeks and stir-fry. Stir-fry the meat until lightly browned, then add the leeks and sauté over high heat until slightly softened. Five: Return the tofu to the pan. Add the tofu to the pan and stir-fry quickly.

Six: Sprinkle with wine, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the slices of firewood fish and serve.
