First, Agrocybe aegerita cold Undaria pinnatifida:
Ingredients: 200g Agrocybe aegerita, Undaria pinnatifida, green and red pepper, white sesame, Jiang Mo, pepper oil, soy sauce and sesame oil.

1. Soak the bought Undaria pinnatifida in clear water for 2-3 hours. Wash Undaria pinnatifida and cut into thick shreds for later use.
2. Wash Agrocybe aegerita and cut into 5 cm long sections for later use.

Second, Undaria pinnatifida porridge:
Ingredients: japonica rice 150g, dried Undaria pinnatifida 10g, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, half a spoonful of salt and 3g of onion.
Exercise:
1, washed japonica rice, put it in a pressure cooker and add water to make rice porridge.
2. Soak the dried Undaria pinnatifida in water and chop it.

Ingredients: dried Undaria pinnatifida, two eggs, garlic sprouts, sesame oil, pepper and salt.
Exercise:
1, put water in the pot and add dried Undaria pinnatifida.
2. Break the egg and add a little salt to the egg liquid.
3. After boiling, while the soup is still boiling, quickly pour the egg liquid into the pot with a chopstick.
Turn off the fire immediately and cover the pot. Wait five seconds, and the eggs will be tender and delicious.
