Rhubarb fish is usually made into yellowtail boiled with braised pork, as follows:
Cut the dried rhubarb fish into small sections.
Soak the fish in water for about four hours.
When cooking braised pork, put the fish into it and braise it together.
The prawns are usually made into seafood noodles as follows:
Bring boiling water to a boil.
Put the noodles in the water to blanch.
Cut the prawns into segments and put them to boil.
After two minutes or so all served up.
