Cut off the fish pieces on both sides with an oblique knife and lay them flat on the plate. Shred ginger and cut onion into small pieces.
Second step
Rub salt on both sides of the fish pieces and rub them evenly by hand. Pour in cooking wine. Marinate for 3 to 5 minutes.
Third step
Pour out the excess cooking wine, spread shredded ginger on the fish pieces, sprinkle with Chili powder according to personal taste and pour with soy sauce (steamed fish with soy sauce). Drop a few drops of sesame oil.
Fourth step
Put it in an electric pressure cooker and choose the usual cooking time. It can also be steamed with rice. When the rice is cooked, so is the fish. I ordered "rice" directly here, 12 minutes.
