I degree malnutrition: normal mental state. Weight is lower than normal 15%-25%, subcutaneous fat thickness of abdominal wall is 0.8 cm -0.4 cm, skin is dry, and height does not affect it.
Second-degree malnutrition: listlessness, restlessness, weakened muscle tension, muscle relaxation, 25%-40% lower weight than normal, subcutaneous fat thickness of abdominal wall less than 0.4 cm, pale and dry skin, dull hair and lower height than normal.
Degree III malnutrition: listlessness, alternating drowsiness and restlessness, mental retardation, muscle atrophy, low muscle tone, weight lower than normal people by more than 40%, subcutaneous fat of abdominal wall disappearing, wrinkles appearing on forehead, showing the face of the elderly. Pale face, dry skin, no elasticity, dry hair, obviously lower than normal height, often accompanied by hypothermia, slow pulse, loss of appetite, constipation, and severe cases of malnutrition edema due to decreased serum albumin.
